Tell us about your organization: A&Y Birthday Blessings is a nonprofit in formation (501(c)(3) status pending) based in Delaware, dedicated to celebrating children, supporting families, and connecting communities. Through programs like Birthday in a Box, Read & Celebrate Story Time, Enrichment & Learning Activities, Community Celebrations, and Wraparound Family Support Services, we provide meaningful experiences, educational enrichment, and essential resources for children ages 3–12 and their families. Our initiatives aim to strengthen community connections, promote literacy and STEM learning, and ensure that every child has the opportunity to be celebrated, regardless of financial circumstances.
We partner with local organizations, schools, shelters, and community groups to expand our reach and provide impactful services to Delaware families.
My name is Niya, and I am reaching out to introduce Pamela’s House, an Unlicensed Independent Living Home designed to provide safe, stable housing for individuals who are able to live independently and are seeking a supportive, structured environment.
Pamela’s House is a housing-only program. We do not provide medical care, clinical treatment, case management, or supervision. Residents are responsible for their own daily living needs, appointments, and personal care. Our home is best suited for individuals who are stable, motivated, and ready for independent living with peer accountability.
What We Offer:

Affordable weekly/monthly rent options
Optional peer support and house meetings
We are currently accepting referrals and would love to partner with shelters, outreach teams, and community resource providers who support individuals transitioning into independent housing.
